Description: Actually a type of sorghum. A diverse mixture of many colors including: gold, bronze, brown, black, burgundy, cream, plus many other shades. The seed heads at the top of the plant vary in length from 16-20". Many old varieties have been included in this mixture including: Apache Red, Texas Black Amber, Tennessee Red, Nicaraguan Broom, Iowa Red, Hadley Kidd, Moyer Sonnen, Sattie Museum, Moyer Jensen Gold, Hungarian Red and Black, Ramirez South Chile, Kepley. As the seed heads mature, the color deepens and the seeds become heavier and shiny. Nice for floral arrangements.
