• We will never share, distribute, sell, or intentionally make available to third parties any personal information you provide to us at Plant Explorers through your membership application (name, e-mail address, mailing address, etc.)
• The ’cookies’ used for the shopping baskets actually store your personal information on your computer and are used for no other purpose than ensuring that your login information is secure while you shop or participate in the forums.
• Inclusion in any e-mail lists we provide to our Business Members is strictly voluntary, and the only information included in the lists will be your e-mail address. If you declare no preference, we will assume that you DO NOT want to be included in any such list. Our agreement with our Business Members is that they observe the same privacy standards we do.
• Seed Request Forms - We forward the information you provide ONLY to the Volunteer Seed Collector program associated with the form. Our agreement with any Volunteer Seed Collector group is that they observe the same privacy standards we do.
• We may, from time to time, gather grouped statistics. That is, general information about our visitors and / or our members collected either from registration data or survey forms, to help us better understand the needs of our visitors via statistical analysis. This information is used to help us better develop our website and our services. However, again, we will never share, distribute, sell, or intentionally make available to third parties any personal information you provide to us at Plant Explorers through your membership application (name, e-mail address, mailing address, etc.)
