 Hops 'Baynes Sound' |
Description: One nice rhizome from my own seed grown female cultivar named after the body of water just outside my door famous for its Fanny Bay oysters. Once established, the herbaceous vines can reach 10 meters or more in every direction and in no time can cover a fence, trellis, arbor, dead trees, buildings, and automotive lawn sculpure in no time. Dark green grape like leaves offer lots of privacy and shade in the summer. In the Autumn, being female it produces cone like strobiles that can be used for beer, medicine, or an accent in Thanksgiving/Autumn themed decorations. Harvest strobiles when pale green verging on pale gold for best results.
