Description: Huge multistemmed shrub to 2-3 meters in height with equal spread. In early summer plant is clothed in bright yellow faintly scented blooms. Sometimes petals are painted with some red on the reverse. Neatly cut mid green foliage.
Cultivation: Fully stratified seed. Upon receiving sow in a baggie with ample enough finely milled moist peat (with some perlite if you have it). Place baggie in a warm site (20-25C). Should germinate in 1-3 weeks. Prick out seedling and transplant into a deep nursery pot. Cover so the cotyledons are 1 inch below the soil surface. A touch of mulch never hurts. Grow on for 2 years before planting out in permanent site. Provide supplimental water until established.
