Description:
This is a blend of garden lilies of various colours of pink, white, orange, yellow, and mult-colours. Some are highly fragrant but all are lovely. Some are tall, some are small for a border, others are midsized. A great way to have a variety of lilies for your garden and since they're open pollinated hybrids of Turk caps, trumpets, Orientals, Asiatics. Bloom varies so you'll have a cascade of colour in the garden. There may be the odd species in this selection.
Cultivation: Epigeal germination (leaf appears before bulb is formed). Leaf will emerge in 14-90 days at 20-25 C. Easy. If sprouting/germinating in a baggie, watch for seedlings and transplant when the leaf has unfurled. Do not disturb roots for the first couple of years as this will tear off the fine feeder roots. We grow our lilies in one or two gallon nursery pots and, in their third year, transplant out in the fall. Should bloom 2-3 years after planting out. Each will be unique.
