This cormous perennial has linear basal leaves and bears golden yellow flowers in early to mid-summer. Height to 36 inches.
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in a cold frame in spring or autumn. Grow in humus-rich, well-drained soil in full sun with some midday shade. Provide protection from excessive winter moisture. Where marginally hardy, the plant is best grown at the base of warm sunny wall, with a deep, dry winter mulch provided.
