Description: A broadleaf evergreen tree or shrub with white flowers in the fall, often as the fruit from the previos year is ripening. The rich red-ochre coloured bark peels off in strips during the growing season.
Cultivation: Sow seed in containers in a coldframe in autumn. Grow in sharply drained soil, preferably on a slope. Avoid any root disturbance while transplanting young seedling. Plant in their final growing position where their roots will not be disturbed. For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant.
