This British Columbia native deciduous twining climber has opposite, oval green leaves and bears orange-yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers in early summer, followed by orange-red berries. The flowers are attractive to hummingbirds. Height/spread to 10 feet.

For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame as soon as ripe. Grow in fertile, well-drained but moist soil in full sun or partial shade.
