Description:
This deciduous climber has rounded leaves composed of three shallowly lobed leaflets. The leaves open bronze, then turn glossy dark green. In spring, pendent racemes of purple flowers are produced, which are followed by fruit up to 5 inches long. Height 30 feet.

Cultivation:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame as soon as ripe. Grow in moist but well-drained fertile soil in full sun or part shade.
