Description:
This spreading subshrub has terminal lance-shaped green leaves and bears green flowers in cymes surrounded by white bracts in spring. The flowers are followed by bright red, spherical fruit. Height 6 inches; spread indefinite. Suits a woodland garden or use as groundcover.

Notes:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant.

Cultivation:
Sow seed in a seedbed or containers in autumn, or store refrigerated and plant in spring. Use standard seed compost and cover with a layer of coarse grit and place under protection at 15 degrees Celsius. Germination takes 4-12 weeks. Grow in fertile, moist, humusy, acidic soil in sun or part shade.
