Description: This small wild flower native the British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest is an elegant addition to any woodland garden. This spreading perennial has glaucous foliage and bears heart-shaped pink flowers in late spring. 18 inches high; 24 inches spread.
Cultivation: Seed may be sown in place at almost any time of year, as long as the soil is relatively moist and in semi to fairly deep shade. Or you may sow seed initially in containers in a cold frame. Grow in moist, fertile humusy soil in partial shade. For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant.
