Description: This semi-evergreen perennial has grass-like leaves and bears iris-like blue flowers with yellow throats. Height 20 inches; spread 6 inches.

Cultivation: Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in the fall or early spring. Grow in full sun or part shade, and poor to moderately fertile, moist to wet, well-drained soil (at least in spring). For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant.
