Description:
Upright deciduous shrub that bears pale lilac flowers in 6-inch upright panicles in early summer. Height 15 feet; spread 12 feet.

Cultivation:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame as soon as ripe or in spring. Grow in fertile, humusy well-drained soil in full sun. Mulch regularly. Deadhhead young lilacs before fruits develop.
