Perennial ornamental grass with mid-green leaves with purple bases. Bears purple spikelts on yellow-tinted stems from spring to autumn. To 5 feet high.

For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in spring. Grow in any moist but well-drained, acidic to neutral soil in full sun or partial shade.
