Description: This clumping, tap-rooted evergreen perennial produces rosettes of toothed, spiny green leaves marbled with white veins. In summer, stiff stems bear cylindrical umbels of gray-bloue flowers with sharply pointed blue bracts. Suits a rock garden.. 16 inches high; 12 inch spread.
