Description:
This clumping perennial has strap-shaped leaves and bears spikes of numerous tubular yellow flowers in summer. The flowers are attractive to bees. Height 2 to 3 feet.

Cultivation:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in spring. Grow in deep, humusy fertile, moist but well-drained sandy soil in full sun. Mulch young plants in winter.
