Description:
This is the flax you know of linen, flaxseed oil, etc. While the products of this plant may seem relatively commonplace, the flowers are remarkable bright blue posies that will brighten any wildflower garden, field, or cutting garden. This species has naturalized throughmost of the northern hemisphere.

Cultivation:
Sow seed <i><b>in situ</b></i>. Grow in light, moderately-fertile humus-rich, well-drained soil in full sun. Protect from winter moisture. For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant.
