Description:
Broadly conical deciduous shrub or small tree with dark green leaves than turn red in autumn. Produces attractive 4-lobed red fruit; seeds have orange arils. Height 10 feet; spread 8 feet.

Notes:
For maximum freshness, please keep the seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant.

Cultivation:
Sow seed in containers in autumn to spring in a coldframe. If planting in the mid to late spring, stratify the peeled seed by refrigerating the pots for 4-6 weeks. Grow in any well-drained soil in full sun or light shade.
