Description: This erect deciduous shrub has broadly oval leaves that turn yellow in the fall. Highly fragrant, golden yellow flowers appear on bare branches in mid to late winter. Height and spread is 12 feet.
Cultivation: For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame. Grow in moderately-fertile, moist but well-drained acidic to neutral soil in full sun or partial shade. Prefers an open but not exposed site. Can also be grow in deep humusy, alkaline soil.
