Description: In late winterto early spring, delicately scented solitary flowers, 6-8cm (2.5-3in) across are produced before the leaves emerge. Flower colour ranges from pale sky-blue to deep violet purple.
Cultivation: For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in autumn. Grow in well-drained, neutral to slightly alkaline soil in full sun.
