Description:
Species tulip with glaucous, light green leaves. Bears star-shaped, fragrant flowers in mid-season. Flowers are yellow with green-flushed bases. Height 14-16 inches.

Cultivation:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in fall. Grow in a rock garden or border in full sun. Prefers fertile, well-drained neutral to slightly acidic soil in full sun. Suitable for naturalizing in fine grass.
