Notes:
This is a lovely fern for the shade garden

Cultivation:
Sterilize germination medium before sowing the fern spores by pouring boiling water over it. Sparsely sprinkle spores on suitable medium, such as peat moss or sphagnum moss. Once sown, cover containers with cling film and keep in indirect light at 20 degrees C. Spores take from 2 to 6 weeks to germinate. When the prothalli are formed, transfer to pots filled with sterile, soil-free seed compost. Spray with sterilized water, cover with cling film and place under protection. When fronds are growing well and are 8 cm tall, divide and pot up individually and grow on in partial shade.Sow spores at 15-21 degrees Celsius. Grow in humush-rich moist but well-drained soil in partial shade.
