Description: Bulbous perennial with whorls of lance-shaped light green leaves. In late spring, bears umbels of 3 to 6 bell-shaped, pendent red flowers crowned with a cluster of upright leaf-like bracts.
Cultivation: For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original package until ready to plant. Sow seed in autumn in a cold frame. Expose to winter cold until germination in spring. Then transfer to a cold greenhouse. Grow in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun.
