Description:
This spreading deciduous shrub has broadly oval, glossy green leaves up to 6 inches long. In early summer, cup-shaped pink-flushed white flowers to 3 inches across, marked white and maroon inside are borne singly close to shoot tips. Height and spread - 10-12 feet.
Cultivation:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in autumn. Grow in moderately-fertile, humusy, moist but well-drained soil in full sun or part shade.
