Description:
This broadly columnar deciduous tree has rounded dark green leaves and bears fragrant bell-shaped white flowers in pendent racemes in early summer. Yellow fall foliage. Height to 40 feet; spread 22 feet.

Cultivation:
For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers when ripe. Keep at 15 degrees Celsius for 3 months, then at 0-5 degrees Celsius for 3 months. Grow in a moist but well-drained, fertile, humusy neutral to acidic soil in full sun or part shade.
