Description:
Woodland perennial with prominently-veined leaves along arching stems. Bears panicles of creamy-white flowers in mid-spring, followed by green berries that often ripen to red. Height to 3 feet.
Cultivation: For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in autumn. Grow in humusy, moderately-fertile, moist yet well-drained acidic soil in light shade.
