Resource Pages

This eclectic selection of topics may strike the average surfer as rather strange, but plant explorers, photographers and other nefarious adventurers should find these pages useful.

The Botanical Gardens pages list a number of the world's great gardens that you might want to visit during your travels; After all, why trudge through the jungle when perfectly good and highly photographable specimens are growing locally.(There are, no doubt, many dedicated plant explorers who would strongly disagree with that last statement.)

The Clubs & Associations pages have links to some of the more fanatical plant clubs around, just in case you fall for a particular type of plant and find yourself in desperate need of a like-minded support group.

Need to photograph a step-by-step article on growing plants from seed? Well our Seeds home page is a good place to start looking for sources. You also might want to check out a little article we have on Seed Collecting, about an intrepid group of botanical garden volunteers. Then perhaps have a look at their Seed List, which we're featuring in an effort to support their excellent program.
