Pale yellow flowers are produced on spikes that rarely exceed a meter (3ft.) in height on this clump-forming biennial or perennial.
Cultivation: For maximum freshness, please keep seed refrigerated in its original packaging until it is time to plant. Sow seed in containers in a cold frame in late spring for best results, but may be scattered where it is to grow. Plants may be biennial or may perennialize. Grow in almost any soil, except very wet or very dry. Prefers humus-rich soil in partial shade. Deadhead after flowering unless seedlings are desired.
