Shipping:
Every effort is made to ensure that all orders are assembled and shipped within 5 business days, but there may occasionally be delays if certain items are out of stock. You will be personally notified should there be a delay.
Unfortunately, we are unable to export seeds to all countries due to individual country restrictions.

Local Pickup:
If you would like to pick up your order rather than have it shipped, please email us at vandusenseeds@gmail.com. Your order will be prepared and you will be notified when it is ready to pick up at the gift shop.

Taxes:
A 5% Goods & Services Tax is charged on seeds shipped to Canadian customers.

Returns:
Because of the delicate and perishable nature of seeds, we are unable to accept returns.
